How to Use
There is 5 tabs of the application:
- Today
- Sleep
- History
- Charts
- Settings
Today
Here you'll find details about your caffeine today. You can see an estimate of how much caffeine is in your body currently, how much you've consumed today (total caffeine & # of drinks), as well as whether or not you've gone over your max.
You can also browse a list of drinks you've consumed today & tap the Log Drink button to add a new drink.
Sleep
Here you'll find some details relevent to your sleep. What will your caffeine level be at bedtime as well as what time will you be below your sleep threshold.
There's a chart helping you map your caffeine level at hours in the day as well as a list of your next drink sleep impact. You can use that to identify what your caffeine level will be at bedtime if you consume this drink now.
History
On the history tab, you can browse all your logs by day and get an overview for that day.
Charts
Here you can get some insight into your caffeine intake and how it might be affecting sleep. You can organize the data by Last 7 days, 4 weeks, 3 months, or 12 months.
